Fin Guarantee
Overview
Try Fin risk-free in at least 250 conversations within your first 90 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked.
To qualify for the Fin Guarantee, you must:
- Be a new Intercom customer.
- Request a refund within 90 days of your subscription start date.
- Use Fin on a minimum of 250 paid conversations within 90 days of your subscription start date.
Additional offer details include:
- Refund amounts for this offer will be capped at $100k USD.
- Refund terms are non-negotiable.
- Refunds are applicable only to Fin spend.
- Customers on Early Stage, Startup Partner Program and other promotional plans are not eligible.
- Customers can only receive one refund related to the Fin Guarantee.
Terms & Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of the Fin subscription after involving Fin in at least 250 paid conversations, then you may cancel such initial subscription by providing us with a written notice, within ninety (90) days of such initial purchase (“Refund Period”). In the event that you cancel such initial purchase of Fin within the Refund Period, we will refund you the fees paid or forgive the relevant fees payable by you in respect of the resolutions charged during the Refund Period up to US$100k, which you can elect to receive in the form of payment method you used to initially purchase the Fin subscription or as a credit towards your other future service fees (“Refund”). The Refund is applicable on a one-time basis and only to the initial purchase of the Fin subscription made by a new eligible customer as identified in the ‘Overview’ section above, who has accepted our Terms of Service and other applicable terms, and does not apply to any additional or subsequent purchases, upgrades, modification or renewals of the Intercom services (even if such were performed during the Refund Period). After the Refund Period, the Fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable. To the extent permitted by law, if we find that a notice of cancellation has been given in bad faith or in an illegitimate attempt to avoid payment for the services actually received and enjoyed, we reserve our right to reject your Refund request. These promotional terms are non-negotiable, and Intercom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
